Return Policy

All products except those noted below are eligible for return and will receive a store credit or exchange only.

The following categories are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges: Furniture, Custom orders, Sale Items, Art.

Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All products must be returned in the factory carton packed exactly as it was shipped otherwise returns will not be accepted. Please note installed or customized items may not be returned and are final sale.

Additionally, a 25% restock fee shall be applied on all applicable returns.

In the event you have any problem or concern with a custom order we will connect you with our knowledgeable staff to ensure the issue is resolved to the best of our ability.
